A Century of Tenderness: The Story

The Tous story begins in 1920, in a small watch repair workshop in Manresa, Barcelona. The real revolution, however, came decades later, in the 1960s, when Salvador Tous and Rosa Oriol took over.

It was Rosa's vision that transformed the business. She understood that modern jewellery did not have to be ostentatious or reserved only for special occasions. She created the concept of "prêt-à-porter jewellery": pieces that are easy to wear, fun and versatile, designed for the modern woman who works and enjoys life.

1985: The Birth of an Icon

On a trip, Rosa Oriol spotted a teddy bear in a shop window and thought of the warm memories of childhood. She decided to turn it into a piece of gold jewellery.

That is how the Tous Bear was born. More than a logo, it became a universal symbol of tenderness and affection. Its rounded, friendly silhouette is the heart of the brand, a statement that fashion does not have to be cold or distant, but warm and welcoming.

The Tous Eyewear Aesthetic

When a jewellery house designs glasses, the result is different. The Tous eyewear collection does not treat glasses as a simple functional accessory, but as real jewellery for the face.
