Refund policy

Returns

All products come with an adaptation guarantee and an aesthetic guarantee. This guarantee allows customers to return the product at no cost during the first 30 days after purchase. The only condition for the refund is that both the product and the packaging are in perfect condition.

Refund

Refunds for returned products will be issued to the same card used for the purchase, once the product has been received and verified to be in perfect condition. The refund will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items.
